So simple and smooth
I ended up researching for someone to help with my pension refund after attempting once and failing by myself. Even after doing a lot of research, I wasn’t able to do everything correctly and they didn’t specify a reason why when I was rejected. Also, if it’s rejected, you have to start the process completely over again which takes time and costs money anyways. After finding this company, they found out that my bank had an international routing number that went to another bank first. Since the international routing number was a different bank, it couldn’t be accepted. I never would have been able to figure out that reason without help. They were definitely worth the cost that I paid for their services. It was so smooth and simple. They kept me updated on the process and only took out their fee after everything was done. Great company and really helpful representatives!

It was really professional experience with Nenkin, particularly Junji Hirano san who clearly explained the process, collected the required documents and keep me updated throughout the process till last payment.

1st चरण: पेन्सन आवेदन
- पेन्सनको समीक्षा पूरा हुन ५ महिना लाग्छ।
- तपाईंको आवेदन स्वीकृत भएपछि, पेन्सनको ८०% जापान पेन्सन सेवा (JPS) द्वारा तपाईंको बैंक खातामा सिधै पठाइन्छ।
2nd चरण: कर फिर्ता
- पेन्सनबाट स्वचालित रूपमा कटौती गरिएको २०% कर फिर्ता प्रक्रिया गरिन्छ।
- यस चरणमा झन्डै २ महिना लाग्छ।
- कर फिर्ता रकम कर कार्यालयबाट हाम्रो खातामा पठाइनेछ।
- हामी हाम्रो सेवा शुल्क कटौती गरी बाँकी रकम तपाईंको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय खातामा WISE मार्फत पठाउँछौं।
- त्यसैले, तपाईंलाई पहिले नै हाम्रो सेवा शुल्क तिर्नु पर्दैन।
