I got this website from online search. The details are very well explained in the website which gave me confidence to apply it. Very smooth experience
I worked in Japan a bit more than a year and left the country in July 2023. As I am not very good at bureaucratic procedures and I don’t speak Japanese I was looking for easier ways to get my pension money back. I found this website via Google and sent a request to Hirano-san. He explained in a simple language what documents I need and what would be the steps. I sent the required papers via email (no need for paper versions) and that was it! Today (November 16, 2023) I received a decision and got a bank transfer. In just over 4 month I got my money back.
