Communication was very direct and efficient throughout the entire process. I was really satisfied with the service.
Excellent and reliable service
I (Indian) took the service for claiming the 20% withheld tax on lumpsum withdrawal and to my surprise it was more quicker than I anticipated. आवेदन प्रक्रिया

1st चरण: पेन्सन आवेदन
- पेन्सनको समीक्षा पूरा हुन ५ महिना लाग्छ।
- तपाईंको आवेदन स्वीकृत भएपछि, पेन्सनको ८०% जापान पेन्सन सेवा (JPS) द्वारा तपाईंको बैंक खातामा सिधै पठाइन्छ।
2nd चरण: कर फिर्ता
- पेन्सनबाट स्वचालित रूपमा कटौती गरिएको २०% कर फिर्ता प्रक्रिया गरिन्छ।
- यस चरणमा झन्डै २ महिना लाग्छ।
- कर फिर्ता रकम कर कार्यालयबाट हाम्रो खातामा पठाइनेछ।
- हामी हाम्रो सेवा शुल्क कटौती गरी बाँकी रकम तपाईंको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय खातामा WISE मार्फत पठाउँछौं।
- त्यसैले, तपाईंलाई पहिले नै हाम्रो सेवा शुल्क तिर्नु पर्दैन।
