I got this website from online search. The details are very well explained in the website which gave me confidence to apply it. Hirano san immediately contacted me through mail and explained the process after I was applied in their website. Hirano san updated the status of application very often and provided details of my application status. I applied on May 12, 2023 and I have received pension amount on Oct 13, 2023 and tax amount on Nov 17,2023 which is exactly matched with Hirano san expected dates.

Very smooth experience
I worked in Japan a bit more than a year and left the country in July 2023. As I am not very good at bureaucratic procedures and I don’t speak Japanese I was looking for easier ways to get my pension money back. I found this website via Google and sent a request to Hirano-san. He explained in a simple language what documents I need and what would be the steps. I sent the required papers via email (no need for paper versions) and that was it! Today (November 16, 2023) I received a decision and got a bank transfer. In just over 4 month I got my money back. 1st चरण: पेन्सन आवेदन
- पेन्सनको समीक्षा पूरा हुन ५ महिना लाग्छ।
- तपाईंको आवेदन स्वीकृत भएपछि, पेन्सनको ८०% जापान पेन्सन सेवा (JPS) द्वारा तपाईंको बैंक खातामा सिधै पठाइन्छ।
2nd चरण: कर फिर्ता
- पेन्सनबाट स्वचालित रूपमा कटौती गरिएको २०% कर फिर्ता प्रक्रिया गरिन्छ।
- यस चरणमा झन्डै २ महिना लाग्छ।
- कर फिर्ता रकम कर कार्यालयबाट हाम्रो खातामा पठाइनेछ।
- हामी हाम्रो सेवा शुल्क कटौती गरी बाँकी रकम तपाईंको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय खातामा WISE मार्फत पठाउँछौं।
