Simply great
For the people who are worried about how to receive the pension lumpsump, please look no further. Hirano san’s place is your answer. The team will help you with filling out every information, you just have to submit the listed documents from the website and wait for 5-6 months to receive the funds in your account. The entire process was so smooth and transparent that I did not worry about anything. For the expats, leaving Japan and who don’t know anything about how to get back the entire amount of you pension, Please do read the entire webpages from this website, they have detailed instructions about what you have to do.
The process is changed from when I did it in 2018 then in 2024. Now you also have to submit “leaving from Japan stamp” proof (image picture) from your passport pages (which wasn’t the case previously) If you would like to do all the process by yourself, you have to give a tax representative (who is in Japan) to refund the entire amount including the tax deductible from your Pension lump sump amount. Hirano San takes care of this important step, so you get your entire amount back. At this last step, the fee is deducted which is around 30,000 JPY(May change based on every case)

आवेदन प्रक्रिया
यो प्रक्रिया दुई चरणमा पूरा हुन्छ, र सबै मिलाउन झन्डै ७ महिना लाग्छ।
1st चरण: पेन्सन आवेदन
- पेन्सनको समीक्षा पूरा हुन ५ महिना लाग्छ।
- तपाईंको आवेदन स्वीकृत भएपछि, पेन्सनको ८०% जापान पेन्सन सेवा (JPS) द्वारा तपाईंको बैंक खातामा सिधै पठाइन्छ।
2nd चरण: कर फिर्ता
- पेन्सनबाट स्वचालित रूपमा कटौती गरिएको २०% कर फिर्ता प्रक्रिया गरिन्छ।
- यस चरणमा झन्डै २ महिना लाग्छ।
- कर फिर्ता रकम कर कार्यालयबाट हाम्रो खातामा पठाइनेछ।
- हामी हाम्रो सेवा शुल्क कटौती गरी बाँकी रकम तपाईंको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय खातामा WISE मार्फत पठाउँछौं।
