Excellent service!! I Highly recommend
I left Japan in August 2025 after 7 years of living and working there. I had heard about lump sum pension refund but had no idea how to navigate the process, how much I would get, etc. Hirano-san from Nenkin-Japan made the process so easy, I emailed them a few days before leaving japan, hirano-san called me back and explained the procedure, as well as the documents I needed to send him via email. So I did that, and literally just had to wait until I received the money into my foreign bank account. Hirano-san was very helpful and transparent throughout the whole process, I didn’t have to pay anything upfront until I received my lump pension as well as the 20% tax refund, which is amazing. The fee paid for this service is very competitive and very worth it because otherwise you would have to navigate everything yourself from outside Japan, even if you speak Japanese it could be very challenging (preparing the right documents, calls back and fourth with city hall, etc.). I received 80% of my lump sum into my bank account abroad in January 2026 and the remaining 20% in March 2026, and all I had to do was send an email to Hirano-san with all the required documents 5 months prior.
I am really grateful for this service and would highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you again Hirano-san and Nenkin-Japan!!

आवेदन प्रक्रिया

2nd चरण: कर फिर्ता
- पेन्सनबाट स्वचालित रूपमा कटौती गरिएको २०% कर फिर्ता प्रक्रिया गरिन्छ।
- यस चरणमा झन्डै २ महिना लाग्छ।
- कर फिर्ता रकम कर कार्यालयबाट हाम्रो खातामा पठाइनेछ।
